MISSION
Henrico Too Smart 2 Start Coalition promotes health and wellness of Henrico County Citizens. Our coalition empowers the community to reduce at-risk behaviors through education and advocacy.
GOALS
To create a healthy community through:

The education of parents and youth on the prevention of substance abuse and other at-risk behaviors.

Network opportunities among coalition members and the community.

The education of Henrico County residents on risk and protective factors and the impact of substance use in our community.
Town Hall Meetings
Too Smart 2 Start Coalition members are available to community groups to speak on topics and provide information associated with healthy youth development.
