MISSION
The Too Smart 2 Start Coalition seeks to heighten youth and parental awareness of substance abuse prevention within the community and to reduce at risk behaviors among Henrico County residents.

GOALS
To create a healthy community through:

• The education of parents and youth on the prevention of substance abuse and other at-risk behaviors.

• Network opportunities among coalition members and the community.

• The education of Henrico County residents on risk and protective factors and the impact of substance use in our community.
